What exactly can I expect? When I think of therapy, I think of Freud.
What do I need to do to prepare for a session?
No preparation is needed. Just come and be you. You may feel like you must be on your best behavior, in your best clothes, and in your best glam, but that is not needed.
I want to know the raw, authentic you. That is the version of myself I am going to give you. I do my best to ensure you feel safe and secure, and your trust in me will grow in our time together.
Do I need to tell you when I arrive? Where do I park? What if I get lost?
You will park in my building and be provided with a parking pass. Once you arrive, I will meet you in the waiting area. If you get lost, please text or call (949) 379-2124, and I will help.
Can I bring my emotional support animal?
Do you provide "Good Faith Estimates?"
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and facilities must, by law, provide individuals with a “Good Faith Estimate” if they will receive charges when scheduling health care items and services. This requirement applies to individuals not enrolled in an insurance plan or a Federal Health Care program, and those seeking to file a claim via a superbill or an in-network provider.
A “Good Faith Estimate” explains how much your medical and mental health care will cost over the period you are in treatment. Under this law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or choose not to use their insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
For questions or more information about your right to a “Good Faith Estimate,” visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
I need to reschedule. What do I do? Will I be charged?
Backstreet Boys or NSYNC?
I went to concerts for both, but NSYNC all the way!
