Hello, I'm Britni Karst, a Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, and emotion-focused therapy for individuals, couples, and families in my private practice.

Upon graduation from The Ohio State University I moved to California to pursue my dream of becoming an actress, but eventually found my passion in helping others. I went on to receive my Master’s of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, California.

With a focus on healing from depression, anxiety, personality disorders, trauma and family of origin dynamics, I pride myself on providing a compassionate and empathetic approach to help you navigate life's challenges.

If you're seeking a safe and supportive environment to explore personal growth, family dynamics and couple or marriage connections I invite you to schedule a session with me.

I believe in living from an authentic self and being "unpologetically" you. I work with my clients to navigate their emotional challenges and foster healthier relationships. Together, we can embark on a journey towards healing and personal transformation.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my English bulldog, Bella,
“attempting” to make homemade sourdough bread (attempting is the key word ) and traveling the world. My work has lead me to India to work with Sex trafficked survivors as well as Central America.
